• A partner can be both an individual and a legal entity that sells goods for the residents of Germany.
• It is required to fill out the signup form and pay the perpetual registration fee.
• Stores trading in the product categories listed below are banned from registration: pornography, sex work, tobacco products, narcotic drugs, gambling, lotteries, weapons, goods related to violence and discrimination, magic, astrology, spiritualism, cult objects, religion. As well as traders whose activities violate the German law or induce to violate the latter.
• The partner undertakes to timely update the information related to the store.
• All relationships with customers shall be built up by the online store independently.
• The information posted shall have a copyright or the author’s authorization.
• You may terminate the partnership at any time.
