What is the procedure to get registered on your website?
Registration on our website includes 2 stages:
- User registration;
- Online store registration.
User registration
If you do not yet have a user account on our website, when registering your first online store/ e-shop, please enter your personal data to register a site user, including your last and first name, address, phone number, email address, preferred username and password. Immediately after filling out and saving the registration form/signup form, a website user account will be opened for you. The user account has to be activated by clicking on the link in the email that will be sent to you right after the registration form/signup form saving. Upon activating your account, you can log in to the site. The account is free and perpetual. In the future, should you decide to register another online store/ e-shop, you will not need open another account. Having one account, you can work with the information about several online stores that you own.
E-shop registration
Upon filling out and saving the registration form/signup form on our website, a user account will be created for you. We will then review your online store registration application request within 10 business days. If we decide to register your online store, we will issue an invoice for the registration fee and send it to you along with an email. After you have paid the registration fee, within 10 business days your online store information will be displayed on a dedicated page as well as in appropriate online stores catalogues on our website. Next, we will send you an email informing you about the performance of the services paid for. After that, you can log in to the site and, should it be necessary, edit your online store description.
What should I do if I want to register several online stores?
If you want to register several online stores, to begin with, you have to apply for the registration of your first online store. When registering the first online store, a user account will be created for you on the website. After you have activated your account, you can apply for registering all subsequent online stores, indicating while registering your username and password of the account already existing on our website. Thus, one user can at a time work with several online stores/ e-shops registered by them. If you are a representative of online stores/ e-shops belonging to different owners, you can create a user account for each online store individually.
Can I register my online store if I do not have my own store website as I sell products through digital marketplaces/ trading platforms such as Amazon, eBay and others?
Yes, on our website you can register your online store presented by you on one of the online trading platforms. In this case, when filling out the registration form/signup form, please indicate your Web address on the trading platform. Otherwise, the registration of an online store/ e-shop with a unicast Internet address and the one opened on one of the online trading platforms will not differ from each other.

We will consider the possibility of presenting some or all of the goods/ products of your online store as part of one of the affiliate programs.
Will the information about my e-shop be presented in all the languages in which your website is presented?
The information about your e-shop can be presented in all the languages in which our website is available on the Internet: German, English, Russian, and Polish. To this purpose, please enter the information regarding the online store in the said languages on our website. This can be done when filling out the registration form/signup form or later by logging into the site. Placing the information about the e-shop in all the languages available on the website shall NOT be paid for extra. Please do not use machine translation systems to translate the information about your online store/ e-shop into other languages. Such a low-quality translation is detrimental to the website ranking and is considered by search engines as spam. What shall I do if my online store has already been registered on your website?
If your online store has already been registered on our website, for example, by the previous owner thereof, and now you want to personally be able to work with the information regarding your online store on our site, please go through the routine registration procedure for a user and for an online store. In this case, we will cleanly delete the previously placed information as to the online store (including the site population reviews) on our website.
What are the reasons for which an e-shop registration request can be rejected?
Under the Website Terms of Use, your online store registration request may be rejected by us for whatever reason and without giving a reason (i.e. quietly). The main reasons for refusing to register an online store are as follows:
- The online store is not relevant for the residents of Germany;
- the online store sells goods that relate to prohibited topics under the Website Terms of Use;
- the relevant information is not filled in the Registration Form/Signup Form, including the data required by law for processing the accounting documents;
- the user has not confirmed their email address and has not activated their account on the website;
- various Internet services contain a lot of negative reviews about the online store.

What to include in the store description?
You can include any information, such as what products you sell and to what audience, features of your products, information on deliveries and payment, discounts, how to shop in your store getting good value for money, etc.
Which payment methods are suitable for the residents of Germany?
If your store is not located in Germany or the European Union, then a regular money transfer will come at a price when paying from Germany. The payment methods listed below are definitely suitable for the German residents: credit card, PayPal payment system, WU transfers, Contact. Please note that in many electronic payment systems, such as YandexMoney, Webmoney and others, it is not possible to transfer funds from an account of Germany residents or from a credit card.
How is it possible to later edit the data specified during registration?
To do this, you need to log in to the website and inform our Support Service about the changes in question.
Is it possible to suspend displaying the online store vCard on the website for a while?
Yes, it is. We can pause displaying your online store business card and messages in the catalogues. To do this, you need to inform the Support Service Team about your request. To resume displaying the information, please write a respective message to the Support Service again. However, we would not recommend temporarily removing the store vCard, as this may lower the rating of your card in search engines and, as a result, reduce the number of customers.
How shall I remove the information about my online store from the website? How shall I delete an account from the website?
To remove the information about your e-shop or to delete a user account, you need to log in to the website and delete the appropriate information in the "Settings" section. The data will be irretrievably deleted.
How much does it cost to register one online store/ e-shop on the website?
Registration on our website is unlimited and shall be paid for only once. You can find the information as to the cost from the current price list by the link. After reviewing your registration application request, we will send you an invoice by email; we will issue an invoice in German or in English (depending on the country). Payment of the invoice issued to you shall be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the invoice for payment. Please note that posting the information about the online store/ e-shop will start only upon the payment receipt. When applying for registration, you can choose additional paid options.
Can I get an invoice to pay for your services?
Invoices for the services are issued or generated by us electronically on the website and are available for printing and payment. If you need an Invoice (if the store is not in Germany), please inform our Support Service on an individual basis.
Do I have to pay for the click-throughs to my site from the catalogue and the online store vCard?
No, you don’t.

The regular payment methods are as follows: a transfer to a bank account in Germany and the PayPal payment system, where you can also register a credit card for top-up. You can also pay via WebMoney. If these payment methods are not acceptable for you, please inform our Support Service on an individual basis.

Yes, you can, by setting up Internet analytics tools such as Google Analytics and others on your website. Then you will be able to receive detailed information about the visitors to your site who have been redirected there from ours.
